Discuss softwareUse the platform for research or develop your own target-specific assay kits, combining recognition chemistry with EPLATE, EFIRM96 and software.
Probe and reagent design, sample handling, controls and analytical validation define each assay. Diagnostic use requires its own appropriate validation and regulatory pathway.
Existing EFIRM96 instruments, EPLATE consumables and instrument software are available for delivery.
Larger orders may require contract manufacturing. Lead times depend on order size, configuration and production arrangements and are confirmed during quotation.
Instrument purchase includes software for use on that instrument only, training and general technical support.
For assay-development guidance, we prioritize discussing collaboration; paid support may also be arranged on a project-by-project basis.
EFIRM96, EPLATE and software provide a platform on which customers can research targets and develop their own assay kits.
Select the analyte or sequence, specimen matrix, intended research use and appropriate comparator.
Develop capture and detector probes or other target-specific reagents, and define the electrode and control layout.
Assess precision, detection limits, interference and matrix effects using suitable reference materials and controls.
Document the protocol, instrument settings and data interpretation, then assess reproducibility in the receiving laboratory.
Instrument purchase includes local software, training and general support. Method-development scope is agreed per project. A research plan should define EZLife’s support, the developer’s protocol and reagent work, and the receiving laboratory’s independent evaluation responsibilities. Diagnostic use requires validation for its intended use and an appropriate pathway.
96 measurement channels do not establish 96 independently reportable samples per run. Controls, replication and target allocation consume positions; the assay layout determines throughput.
Published studies of selected EGFR variants in plasma and saliva illustrate target-specific assay development on the EFIRM platform.
